Patrick began his culinary career at the age of 17 at Ken Stewart's Grill in 1996 studying under executive chef, Zack Bruell. Working and learning from him for the next 8 years Patrick worked his way up to Sous chef. Patrick has worked as Sous & Executive chef through Hospitalities Restaurants Rosewood concept in both Hudson and Westlake. Patrick has been awarded various accolades such as "Hail to the Chefs" at both Taste of Hudson and Taste of Westlake. He also won Best Dessert at the Forrest Lake Country Club "Dessert Extravaganza" in 2014.
